COMBAT MEDIC TIER III - PART 2
Course description:
The course is a complete analogue to the certified TCCC for Combat Medics military courses. The courses are taught exclusively by military certified TCCC training instructors to get students they have adopted only valid and approved procedures.
The Combat Medic-Part 1 course is primarily intended for successful graduates of the Combat Lifesaver-Part 1 and 2 courses, from the ranks of security forces, contracting companies, professional soldiers, members of the active reserves and the civilian general public interested in martial arts.
All procedures applied in the course are in accordance with the valid TCCC system (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) and are based on practical experience gained by our instructors in their operations in foreign military operations. Students will build on the previously acquired skills and expand them with more demanding techniques of bleeding control, airway management, solving complications of torso injuries, therapy of vascular securing, immobilization techniques of detailed examination of the patient. During practical drills on living tissue models, you will gain skills to stabilize the patient's trauma. A number of model situations during the day and night will help you prepare for the most common conditions you might encounter in combat conditions.
Content:
Junctional haemorrhage (advanced techniques for controlling massive bleeding)
Techniques of surgical securing of the respiratory tract
Cervical spine immobilization and patient extraction
Diagnosis and therapy of torso injuries
Advanced shock therapy
Techniques of immobilization of long bones and pelvis
Burns and their therapy in combat conditions
Therapy for penetrating eye injuries
Use of means of transport
Participants:
Minimum 8, maximum 16 + 8 students at "Refresh"
Recommended equipment:
Tactical clothing or uniform (ideally 2 pairs) according to weather conditions, sturdy tactical or military footwear, ballistics (vest and helmet), tactical equipment (knee pads, elbow pads, goggles), training weapon, comfortable classroom shoes (slippers), notebook, writing accessories.

Accommodation and meals:
Accommodation is not part of the course fee, each participant arranges and pays for it himself. 1 hour at lunchtime will be set aside for meals. On request we will help you arrange accommodation in the town of Lhenice. It is possible to spend the night, by prior arrangement, in our gym.
Course difficulty:
Advanced, successful graduate of TCCC for CLS-Part 1 and 2 at Hard Task, Elite Training Center or in TCCC for CLS ACR courses.
